Hygiene is very important before your Wax. Always be sure to take a bath or shower before your appointment as a courtesy. Not only does the wax go on smoother to clean, dry skin, it also makes for a more sanitary environment. Another upside to taking a warm bath or shower before your appointment is that the warm water can help to open your pores, which will make the waxing process a bit easier.
Your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long (or at least the size of a Grain of Rice) for the Wax to grab the hairs. Do not shave prior to your wax appointment, short hair will not make for an effective waxing appointment. If the hair is too short, the wax has a very hard time grabbing onto the hair for removal.
Disclose any medications prior to service. This includes Blood Thinners, Oral/Topical Steroids and Antibiotics.
Please avoid using any retinoids at least seven days before your appointment. This includes Retin-A, Retin-A micro, Retinol, Retinyl palmitate, Retinaldehyde, Adapalene, Isotretinoin, Tretinoin (Renova), Tazarotene, etc.
You should treat (Medical professional/Doctor) any rashes or sunburns before your appointment to avoid tearing of the skin while being waxed.
Exfoliate at least 24-48 hours before your appointment to remove dead skin and lift trapped hair.
Take an Ibuprofen or Aspirin about 30 minutes before your Wax. It can help lessen the pain by slightly dulling your pain receptors.
Show up to your appointment relaxed. We've got it from here! You'll be fine!
You may notice some redness, this is very common. As well, small bumps, this is swelling at root from removing hair. Expect little hairs, this is a part of the hair cycle especially if this is your first time getting waxed. As you continue, generally by the third consistent wax, this will discontinue. At that point, your hair is trained to all be on the same growth cycle.
3-4 weeks of consistency, generally you will see extensive results by the third appointment.
Yes, the only request is to please wear a clean tampon. This is to protect the waxer as well as the client + expect sensitivity.
Yes, clients actually find that getting waxed during certain parts of the pregnancy makes it easier for the mother.
After 24-48 hours is the recommendation for exposing skin to sun after your wax appointment.
The heat given off from a shower, hot bath or hot tub can aggravate the skin post-wax and make it redder and more sensitive. Plus, hot water will widen your pores, giving your skin more of an opportunity to break out in infection or ingrown hairs. Also, try to avoid swimming in a public pool for a couple of days as chlorine can be drying and could aggravate delicate skin types.

What is Infrared and why use it?
Infrared is a band of light we perceived as heat. We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy output in the infrared segment of the spectrum. Infrared rays heat your body through a process called conversion.
How long does each treatment last?
Each treatment is between 45-50 minutes.
How does the Infrared Body Wrap Treatment work?
When Infrared energy penetrates through the skin, it transforms from light to energy to heat energy and elevates the temperature of the subcutaneous layers. The body absorption of this energy simulates a workout, burning up to 900 to 1400 calories in a 45 minute session providing body shaping and detoxification.
How often can I repeat treatment?
This will depend on your lifestyle. If you are very physically active: Walking, Jogging, Working out, or competitive sports, then treatments can be as often as every 3 days. For best results, it preferred right before a workout as this will help burn the most dramatic amount of calories and will maximize the body definition.

You can expect between 45 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes.
How long should I wait after childbirth to have Cavitation treatment?
You must wait a minimum of 3 months after normal birth of your baby or a minimum of 6 months after a C section. It is best to get a doctors approval post childbirth prior to commencing Ultrasonic Cavitation.
Do I have to rest afterwards?
No, you can go about your day as normal.
What would happen if I had cavitation during my period?
Ultrasound increases blood flow and you would feel uncomfortable. We do not recommend having it during that time.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, we do not service anyone under 18 years of age.
Can I have more than one area treated at the same time?
Following treatment, the body has to work to remove the excess fat that is now passing through the lymphatic system to the liver. For this reason, treating multiple areas is not advisable and may not be effective.
What is if I don’t see results right away?
Everyone’s body is different and your body will work according to your unique metabolism. You will see a reduction during a course of treatments, which is why we recommend a course of 6 or more to see results.
